Maegan was not only courteous, professional, knowledgeable and kind but was available through email and/or phone throughout the project and frequently checked in with us to see how we were doing in the planning, installation and post-installation phases. The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally. HIGHLY recommend this company, their products - AND their staff associates! 10 thumbs up!
