We have purchased carpet from DaltonCarpet.com twice. The price is less expensive than retail stores and the quality and customer service are excellent.

Carpet was great quality and good price. Didn't get much update on order status.

I have ordered 60 square feet of carpet to be delivered via UPS and I have ordered 6,000+ square feet of carpet to be delivered via tractor trailer and each and every order is handled professionally and efficiently. Each time I have placed an order with Lisa or Maegan, they have always exceeded my expectations. I am always kept up to date with new product, samples and sales. The quality and warranty of DaltonCarpet.com's products are unbeatable! I have never been disappointed!

I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. Lisa, just a quick message to say Thank You for your help with, and getting the carpet here in a timely manner. Our install finished last Monday, and our new chairs arrived 11 pm Thursday night.
