Lisa, just a quick message to say Thank You for your help with, and getting the carpet here in a timely manner. Our install finished last Monday, and our new chairs arrived 11 pm Thursday night. Our church ordered carpet from Dalton three years ago. Although they were not local, we found their choices were more extensive than our local suppliers. Their prices were very reasonable, and we got exactly what we purchased exactly when they said it would arrive.

I have had a few friends buy your carpet over the last few years.It still looks as good as it did when we installed it 5 years ago.

I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol.
