We wound up doing both carpet as well as engineered hardwood of more than 1,000 square feet of basement space and they were very helpful all along the way. Their quality of service and suggestions helped us make a bad situation into a manageable one with great results!

On our new Gym Carpet Court they were a joy to work with. They kept me updated on scheduling, and answered any questions promptly. Once on the scene, their gym installation crew was personable, clean and professional. Some of the gym carpet installation was intricate, and they all knew exactly what they were doing, and were fascinating to watch. After finishing, they went over the details of how the Gym carpet should be treated, and cleaned when necessary. I was even given a phone number to call should I have questions later.

We use Dalton Carpet for all of our projects and highly recommend them! The service always exceeds expectations, the product is top quality but keeps us within tight budgets. The ONLY place we go for carpet & carpet pad.
