I have ordered 60 square feet of carpet to be delivered via UPS and I have ordered 6,000+ square feet of carpet to be delivered via tractor trailer and each and every order is handled professionally and efficiently. Each time I have placed an order with Lisa or Maegan, they have always exceeded my expectations. I am always kept up to date with new product, samples and sales. The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally. I first went to a large box store. They assured me several times the installation would be free. After wasting several of my days they then quoted me installation at a much higher price. I went to DaltonCarpet.com. They were great to work with. The price they quoted was the price it was. (And much lower than the larger store.) Maegan specifically answered all my questions quickly and politely. I’m very happy.
