Great product at great price!

I have ordered from them twice and its been great customer service and very easy to deal with along with great pricing and product.

The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally. HIGHLY recommend this company, their products - AND their staff associates! 10 thumbs up!

I didn't have to "babysit" customer service. After placing the order I received a confirmation immediately, the order arrived when it was supposed to. Keep up the good work!
