I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. Lisa, just a quick message to say Thank You for your help with, and getting the carpet here in a timely manner. Our install finished last Monday, and our new chairs arrived 11 pm Thursday night. I recently moved into a house and discovered to my horror that I really needed an entire house load of carpets and some flooring.....2100 sq ft! My two quotes from well-known suppliers were $11,000 and $12,500 which I absolutely could not afford! Remembering from 20 years ago when I use them successfully, I contacted Daltoncarpet.com and was able to choose better carpet and flooring than the other quotes. I used my own installer and the total cost was just under $7,000 ...saving me, for this quality carpeting, $7,000! The whole process went smoothly but obviously took a little longer than a local company but it was well worth the wait and a bit more effort. I would thoroughly recommend them and have done so already.

We had been looking for options for our church floor covering. We finally decided on carpet, and DALTON CARPET was our choice! I'm so VERY glad that we did. The Gym carpet court from DaltonCarpet.com has been a blessing - it certainly dresses up a gym that wasn't being used as often for social events. Now it looks and feels like a social hall and it is used weekly. We did go with the blue colors. Maybe we should have reversed the colors using the darker color as the primary and the lighter color for the basketball lines since we have frequent spills. We invested in a carpet cleaner/extractor - the carpet cleans well. The service you provided was excellent and your installers were amazing. P.S. Maegan, How's your little one? I remember you were expecting when we were ordering our carpet. Hope all is well.
