Shipping & Delivery

How fast can my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 24–72 hours. If your carpet is made to order, production may take up to 6 weeks. We also offer expedited shipping—often same-day—so give us a call for details.

How is carpet shipped?
We ship via common carrier freight line, either to your job site, home, or the nearest freight terminal. If delivering to your location, the carrier will ask that you provide labor to unload the goods.

Do I need help unloading?
Yes—carpet rolls are large and heavy. Please arrange help in advance, especially for residential or job site deliveries.

What if I need to store the carpet before installation?
Carpet should be stored in a clean, dry space away from direct sunlight and moisture. Rolls should remain wrapped until installation.

Can I really save money buying carpet online?
Absolutely. Retail stores and big-box chains often mark up prices significantly. We offer wholesale carpet pricing direct from Dalton, Georgia—saving you money without sacrificing quality.

If you’re looking for a specific style, fill out our QOUTE FORM, chat with us, or call us at (800) 338-7811

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes—most LVP, tile, carpet, and gym carpet products come with manufacturer warranties that cover wear, defects, and structural integrity. Please note that closeouts, overstocks, and seconds may be excluded from these warranties. We’ll help you understand exactly what’s covered so you can make an informed decision.

What carpet is best for homes with pets?
For pet-friendly homes, we recommend carpets that are:

  • Solution dyed for superior stain and fade resistance
  • Low pile or loop styles to reduce snagging and make cleanup easier
  • Moisture-resistant padding to help protect your subfloor from accidents
  • Darker or patterned carpets which hide staining easier
  • Durable fibers like nylon, which hold up well to traffic and claws
Many of our styles are designed with pets in mind—just ask us for recommendations based on your flooring needs and furry companions or see Residential Carpet, most of which carry pet warranties and are designed for both children and pets alike.

Carpet Measurements & Materials

Why is carpet measured in square yards instead of square feet?
Carpet rolls are typically 12 or 15 feet wide, and must be installed with consistent orientation. Because of this, carpet is measured in linear feet and converted to square yards for pricing. To convert: 1 square yard = 9 square feet.

How do I know how much carpet to order?
We recommend working with your installer or using a professional measurement service. Carpet must be laid in the same direction, and roll width affects how much you’ll need. If you’re unsure, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help you.

Can I order carpet for multiple rooms or buildings?
Yes—just let us know your layout and needs. We can help coordinate roll sizes and cuts to minimize waste and simplify installation.

Do you offer installation?
We don’t provide installation directly (outside of custom gym carpet flooring), but we’re happy to help you coordinate with a local installer or provide guidance on what to look for.

What is Solution Dyed carpet?
Solution dyeing is a process where color is added to the fiber during production, making it part of the yarn itself. These carpets are highly resistant to fading, bleach, and harsh cleaners—and the process is environmentally efficient, using minimal water and energy.

What is BCF (Bulked Continuous Filament)?
BCF means the fiber is made in one long strand and then “bulked” to feel thicker—like using a volumizer on hair. BCF carpets shed less and hold up better than staple fiber carpets.

What is Staple Fiber?
Staple fiber consists of short strands (3–10 inches) spun together. Carpets made from staple fiber may shed or fuzz for up to a year after installation.

Can I get a fire rating certificate or spec sheet?
Yes—just let us know what documentation you need and we’ll provide it if available from the manufacturer.
