I first went to a large box store. They assured me several times the installation would be free. After wasting several of my days they then quoted me installation at a much higher price. I went to DaltonCarpet.com. They were great to work with. The price they quoted was the price it was. (And much lower than the larger store.) Maegan specifically answered all my questions quickly and politely. I’m very happy.

Absolutely recommend without hesitation. The team at DaltonCarpet.com helped us when we had a flood in our basement. We wound up doing both carpet as well as engineered hardwood of more than 1,000 square feet of basement space and they were very helpful all along the way. The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally. HIGHLY recommend this company, their products - AND their staff associates! 10 thumbs up!
