I first went to a large box store. They assured me several times the installation would be free. After wasting several of my days they then quoted me installation at a much higher price. I went to DaltonCarpet.com. They were great to work with. The price they quoted was the price it was. (And much lower than the larger store.) Maegan specifically answered all my questions quickly and politely. I’m very happy.

Our church ordered carpet from Dalton three years ago. Although they were not local, we found their choices were more extensive than our local suppliers. Their prices were very reasonable, and we got exactly what we purchased exactly when they said it would arrive.

I didn't have to "babysit" customer service. After placing the order I received a confirmation immediately, the order arrived when it was supposed to. Keep up the good work!
