Our church ordered carpet from Dalton three years ago. Although they were not local, we found their choices were more extensive than our local suppliers. Their prices were very reasonable, and we got exactly what we purchased exactly when they said it would arrive.

You company is the most helpful & friendly carpet company that we do business with. We also try to give you our business because of your witness for Christ in your letters to us at Christmas time and on all your samples.

I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. I highly recommend DaltonCarpet.com. It can be a little challenging to pick your selections from the small sample. I had a very positive experience both times I used them.
