Lisa, just a quick message to say Thank You for your help with, and getting the carpet here in a timely manner. Our install finished last Monday, and our new chairs arrived 11 pm Thursday night. If you know what carpet and color you want then use Daltoncarpet.com for your supplier. I was able to have Dalton carpet supply and ship my choice for less than 2/3 the cost of buying it locally.

I didn't have to "babysit" customer service. After placing the order I received a confirmation immediately, the order arrived when it was supposed to. Keep up the good work!
