Twist

Twists and Frezies are both tufted, then sheared to produce an even and soft carpet. Both also are pulled through the backing, then sheared off, for a finished product. These carpets can be manufactured less or more densely, depending on the look and end result desired. For example, Twists would include the Frieze or Shag types, that give a little more of a relaxed look. The basic difference is simply how much twist is put on each fiber, and how long or short each fiber is cut. Twists and Frezies are available in solid, tonal, or multi tones.

The Gym carpet court from DaltonCarpet.com has been a blessing - it certainly dresses up a gym that wasn't being used as often for social events. Now it looks and feels like a social hall and it is used weekly. We did go with the blue colors. Maybe we should have reversed the colors using the darker color as the primary and the lighter color for the basketball lines since we have frequent spills. We invested in a carpet cleaner/extractor - the carpet cleans well. The service you provided was excellent and your installers were amazing. P.S. Maegan, How's your little one? I remember you were expecting when we were ordering our carpet. Hope all is well.
