Gorgeous carpet! Plush! Super great deal. Was nervous ordering at first. The swatches didn't do it justice. So happy!!!!

Our church ordered carpet from Dalton three years ago. Although they were not local, we found their choices were more extensive than our local suppliers. Their prices were very reasonable, and we got exactly what we purchased exactly when they said it would arrive.

We had a good experience working with Dalton Carpet. Great quality of carpet, a lot to choose from. Their installers were excellent. They were great to work with pleasant to talk with, and they knew what they were doing. They did not seem to mind me asking questions. By the way I showed the carpet to one of my pastor friends from Alabama and mention it was from Dalton Carpet he knew the brand and said could not of gotten any better. I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol.
