We had a good experience working with Dalton Carpet. Great quality of carpet, a lot to choose from. Their installers were excellent. They were great to work with pleasant to talk with, and they knew what they were doing. They did not seem to mind me asking questions. By the way I showed the carpet to one of my pastor friends from Alabama and mention it was from Dalton Carpet he knew the brand and said could not of gotten any better. I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. On our new Gym Carpet Court they were a joy to work with. They kept me updated on scheduling, and answered any questions promptly. Once on the scene, their gym installation crew was personable, clean and professional. Some of the gym carpet installation was intricate, and they all knew exactly what they were doing, and were fascinating to watch. After finishing, they went over the details of how the Gym carpet should be treated, and cleaned when necessary. I was even given a phone number to call should I have questions later.

Great Prices and discounts. Speedy service and delivery. First carpet order came in with a flaw but it was replaced quickly - very happy with that process. We are very pleased with your customer service and carpet. More people should shop with you.
