On our new Gym Carpet Court they were a joy to work with. They kept me updated on scheduling, and answered any questions promptly. Once on the scene, their gym installation crew was personable, clean and professional. Some of the gym carpet installation was intricate, and they all knew exactly what they were doing, and were fascinating to watch. After finishing, they went over the details of how the Gym carpet should be treated, and cleaned when necessary. I was even given a phone number to call should I have questions later.

I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally.
