Commercial Carpet

We had a good experience working with Dalton Carpet. Great quality of carpet, a lot to choose from. Their installers were excellent. They were great to work with pleasant to talk with, and they knew what they were doing. They did not seem to mind me asking questions. By the way I showed the carpet to one of my pastor friends from Alabama and mention it was from Dalton Carpet he knew the brand and said could not of gotten any better. The associates that helped me along the way (Lisa, Maegan) were helpful, friendly and professional! Ordering from afar was a bit scary but supplying samples was no problem for Daltoncarpet.com ; they even included some candy goodies in the package to help with the decisioning! Whens unsure about colors, Maegan gave great recommendations and those I ended up going with. The price and quality was far better than anything I could have purchased locally. HIGHLY recommend this company, their products - AND their staff associates! 10 thumbs up!

Prices are lower than local competition.

I first went to a large box store. They assured me several times the installation would be free. After wasting several of my days they then quoted me installation at a much higher price. I went to DaltonCarpet.com. They were great to work with. The price they quoted was the price it was. (And much lower than the larger store.) Maegan specifically answered all my questions quickly and politely. I’m very happy.
