I have ordered from them twice and its been great customer service and very easy to deal with along with great pricing and product.

I first went to a large box store. They assured me several times the installation would be free. After wasting several of my days they then quoted me installation at a much higher price. I went to DaltonCarpet.com. They were great to work with. The price they quoted was the price it was. (And much lower than the larger store.) Maegan specifically answered all my questions quickly and politely. I’m very happy.

I really appreciate you taking the time to correspond with me and for sending a variety of different samples and for sending the little bags of candy too! Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.) They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol. We had a good experience working with Dalton Carpet. Great quality of carpet, a lot to choose from. Their installers were excellent. They were great to work with pleasant to talk with, and they knew what they were doing. They did not seem to mind me asking questions. By the way I showed the carpet to one of my pastor friends from Alabama and mention it was from Dalton Carpet he knew the brand and said could not of gotten any better.
