Far better customer service than I received from a Dalton competitor, more specifically my salesman at your Dalton competitor. (They were the first company that popped up on my google search.)
They sold me samples but only found the time to return 1 phone call out of several and replied to none of my emails. They could take a lesson or 2 from you in customer sevice!! Lol.

If you know what carpet and color you want then use Daltoncarpet.com for your supplier. I was able to have Dalton carpet supply and ship my choice for less than 2/3 the cost of buying it locally.
Every time I called with a question everyone was more than Happy to help and very, very personable! And I saved $868 :) Over all it has been a very favorable experience. I will be using you in the future!
